How to Make a Butter Moist Cake.

Are you going to make a cake for your birthaday or any celebrations. This is the most delicate and delicious recipe of moist cake. You can easily make this cake with some little effort. I am totally sure that this will be your best recipe ever. 






PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 180C/fan 160C; grease and line two sandwich tins with baking parchment.
Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl until white and soft peaks coming in butter.
Beat in the eggs in a few additions until the mixture is thick and voluminous.
Gently fold in the flour using large plastic spatula, working in a gentle figure of 8 motion to preserve all the air you've whisked in. Keep going until no dry lumps of flour remain.
Pour the batter into tins and bake for 25-30 mins until the cake is risen, golden and feel springy to the touch. Leave to cool in the tins for a few mins, then release by running a knife around the edge.
Place on a wire rack to cool completely. Peel off the baking parchment and then sandwich with your cream, buttercream or your favorite jam.


INGREDIENTS:
  • Butter                                                 125gms.
  • Sugar                                                  125gms.
  • Eggs                                                     3nos.
  • Flour                                                   135gms.
  • Baking Powder                                 1/4tsp.
  • Vanilla Extract                                  1/2tsp.


NOTE: You can use 2 to 3 drops of lemon extract to avoid eggs smell.. After baking you should chill your cake for at least 2 - 3 hours before serving.. Serve it with tea or coffee...
