Dark Chocolate Brownie -






Ingredients

Eggs                                                 3 nos.
Sugar                                              225    gms.
Dark Chocolate                             225    gms.
Unsalted Butter                            185    gms.
Flour                                               187   gms.
Baking Powder                              3       gms.
Chopped Walnut                           50     gms.

Method

Prep: 25mins.                 Baking: 30mins.    
1. Preheat the oven at 330 degrees F [165 degrees C]. Take a 10 x 10 inch square cake pan.
2. In a plastic bowl, mix the chocolate and butter and melt it in  microwave. Put outside after it is melted. Mix it with a whisk to make it smooth. In another bowl, Mix sugar and eggs with electric hand blender on slow speed. After dissolving sugar, stir in melted chocolate. Mix it well.
Lastly, combine the flour, baking powder and walnuts in it. Spread this mixture evenly in the cake pan.
3. Bake it in the preheated oven for at least 30 minutes. Do not over bake the brownie!
Set these brownies in the fridge after baking. Cut the brownies into small square shape sizes and serve it with hot chocolate or ice cream...
