The New York Bake Cheesecake is the most delicious mouth watering dessert for your sweet tooth. I used this recipe. And this is really beautiful.
INGREDIENTS:
FOR CRUMB BASE:
Digestive Biscuit 150gms.
Unsalted Butter 80gms.
Caster sugar 30gms.
FOR CHEESECAKE FILLING:
Cream Cheese 800gms.
Fresh Cream 400gms.
Eggs 4 nos.
Caster Sugar 300gms.
Corn Flour 30gms.
METHOD:
1.Firstly, Preheat your oven at 150C/Gas. Take a 8" cake mold or ring, grease it with butter. Secondly crush all the biscuits in a bowl. Finely crush cookies. Melt unsalted butter and stir in biscuits and then add sugar as well. Mix all three ingredients and fill 200gms. of cookie crush in a 8" cake ring. And flat this mixture by spoon.
2. In a table top blender with paddle attachment. Blend your cream cheese on slow speed. Blend it until it becomes creamy and fluffy. Then add sugar in it. After mixing, stir eggs one by one in it.
Then add fresh cream. After mixed well. Add corn flour in the mixture lastly.
You can add two drops of yellow food color. If you like some lightly color of your cake.
Finally, fill this mixture into molds. Put 800gms. mixture in each 8" mold. You will get two molds by this recipe. Now put these molds in a baking tray. Fill one third water in the tray. And bake this cake like steam bake. These cakes will take around one and a half hour to bake properly.
After baking, chill your cake in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours. Make a thin layer of neutral cake glaze on the top of the cake. You may serve your cake with some fresh strawberries topping.
NOTE: Baking of the cake is the most important role in the recipe. Be careful, Cheesecake should be never brownish on the top. First maintain your oven heat properly then put cakes in it.
